IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing candidates for technical roles, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and Monster.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment (or as required).
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in both permanent and contract hiring.
- Familiarity with technical concepts, programming languages, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.
- Experience working in staffing, consulting, or IT services companies.
