- Supervise daily MIVAN activities.
- Ensure proper assembly, alignment, and dismantling of Mivan panels.
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise in office civil construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and report updates to the project manager.
- Manage labor, materials, and resources at the site.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget and scope.

- Experience in High rise Residential Buildings.
- Should have experience in Site Supervision.
