Job summary

Working within IRIS Professional Services, the employee will be responsible for leading a team of project co-ordinators, managing the team in the office following IRIS rules and expectations set. Overseeing the day-to-day management required to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, governance is adhered to from receipt of order to completion.

Main responsibilities

Key Relationships

- Team lead, for the HCM co-ordination team, overseeing the smooth delivery of all projects
- Manage HCM Team performance against set KPI Metrics
- Regular 1:1s and Team Meetings to enforce regular communication with the Team
- Setting Quarterly Objectives and Development plans for the Team
- Responsible for working and/or supporting Co-Ordinators on Backlog and revenue forecasting
- Ensuring team are adhering to SOP’s and supporting where needed
- Highlighting potential project Risk or escalation
- Working with the Project Delivery Manager, identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Responsible for ensuring team OLA performance remains above 90%
- Process weekly & monthly reporting team stats/metrics

Qualification

- Excellent English and Maths skills/qualifications

Experience

- Strong project co-ordination skills and experience
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment is essential
- Customer service skills
