Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, networking, and organic marketing initiatives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign planning, audience research, and performance analysis.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging AI tools.
- Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement through cutting-edge campaigns.





Required Skills

- Experience in Lead Generation through social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
- Excellent Content Writing and copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Copy.ai, Jasper, or similar).
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
