UPVC WINDOWS & DOORS

Core Responsibilities :

* Production Management: Execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery timelines and optimize output.

* Quality Control: Inspect uPVC profiles, glass, hardware, and welded joints to ensure they meet exact specifications and company standards.

* Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor factory workers. Assign daily tasks and manage shift rosters.

* Equipment Maintenance: Monitor uPVC extrusion or fabrication machinery (e.g., cutting, welding, and corner cleaning machines) and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

* Safety & Compliance: Enforce shop floor safety regulations, SOPs, and PPE requirements.

* Inventory & Reporting: Track raw material usage, manage finished goods inventory,



and maintain accurate daily production logs.

Essential Requirements :

* Experience: 4-6 years in a supervisory role within a uPVC or aluminium window and door fabrication/extrusion factory.

* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of uPVC profiles, cutting, welding, reinforcement, and hardware fitting.

* Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering is typically preferred.

* Skills: Excellent communication, troubleshooting capabilities, and basic proficiency in production planning.
