Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand integration needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Workato integrations and best practices.
- Document integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest Workato features and enhancements to leverage in integration projects.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of additional integration tools as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Workato integrations (deal breaker skill).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP systems and processes.
- Experience with Coupa procurement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in integration analysis and support, with a focus on Workato.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
