Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with robust knowledge of Service Order Management (SOM), CRM, and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and workflows.
- Design, configure, and implement SOM, CRM, and CPQ solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure Case Management, Customer Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and other CSM capabilities.
- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.




- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide production support.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM, SOM, CRM, and CPQ.
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Catalog.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred; CIS-CSM certification is an added advantage.
