I. Creative conceptualization

Creative conceptualizing as something that gives you an idea about the projects problem you have to solve. It also shows how the design will solve the problem and gives you a bigger picture of how itll look when completed.

II. Creative designing

Study design briefs and determine as per requirements, Creative designing produces artwork and design concepts that can take on many different forms.

III. Video editing

Identify relevant video, short clips and images, edit photos and videos to make them more appealing, and arrange them in a suitable layout as required. Stay up to date with the new best practices and editing technologies.

IV. Internal approvals among teams

Ensure proper approvals from internal team and management before proceeding with any graphic design related work.

V. Coordinating with different teams and directors

Having proper coordination in-between team members is very vital to get productive work, as a graphic designer you will be closely coordinating with e-commerce, marketing and with board directors.

VI. New Website Development and Management, UAT, Content

As a graphic designer you will be in charge of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing layout,



streamlining navigation for website and increasing online presence to potential customers. You will be responsible for beta testing or end-user testing.

You will be responsible for managing the user experience, technical performance, and search engine performance of marketing websites.

VII. Coordination with Agencies

Collaborating with Agencies and other team members, delegating tasks to appropriate team members. Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.

VIII. Ideation of Campaigns

Responsible for accumulating, enhancing and discovering ideas for recent ways of campaigns.

IX. Team Coordination

Supervise and motivate the members of a working group in order to attain various objectives. You will be responsible for training, assigning tasks, motivating employees, solving conflicts and reporting to the appropriate personnel.

X. Digital Sales Tracking & Reporting

Collecting data of digital sales for tracking and analysis, develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data. Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity.

XI. Digital Asset Management

You will be sole responsible for acquiring, cataloguing, managing, and protecting an organization's digital assets. Often perform these tasks using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

XII. Event Support (as & when required)

Assist and support you team with the set-up for various events, answer basic queries in-person, when necessary based on established departmental guidelines. Assist with other related duties to contribute to the overall operation of events under direct guidance.
