Key Responsibilities

- Handle collection calls in Malayalam with professionalism and empathy.

- Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.

- Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries effectively.

- Track customer commitments and update call dispositions accurately in the CRM system.

- Meet assigned collection, productivity, and quality targets.

- Adhere to collection policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and account updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Native-level proficiency in Malayalam (Mandatory).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in Collections, Telecollections, or BPO Voice Process.





- Hands-on experience with Dialer/CRM systems.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, discipline, and adaptability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
