? We're Hiring | Executive Coordinator – Managing Director's Office (MD Office) ? Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

? CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month About Us Navya Curemedics India Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing healthcare organization committed to delivering quality healthcare services through hospitals, diagnostics, telemedicine, pharmacy, and healthcare outreach programs. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Managing Director in driving operational excellence and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and executive correspondence.

✅ Coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, Marketing, Business Development, CRM, Operations, and Administration.

✅ Prepare presentations, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), MIS reports, and executive dashboards.

✅ Track departmental KPIs, monitor action items, and ensure timely execution of MD directives.

✅ Support recruitment coordination, onboarding tracking, and HR reporting.

✅ Draft professional emails, letters, notices,



and maintain confidential documentation. Eligibility ? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

? MBA will be preferred.

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Executive Coordination, Executive Assistance, or a similar role.

✔️ Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
