Job Purpose and Position Overview:

This person would be responsible to process the charges and ensure to submit the claims within TAT.

Primary Responsibilities

- Ability to follow instructions

- Processing the charges as per SLA

- Team should be met the standard quality of above 99 % and quantity of 98%

- Check the clearing house acceptance report on daily

- Charges Reconciliation

- Reporting team leaders about files flow

Daily Routine
- Planning the day & Prioritizing the tasks

- Active participation in Pre-Shift Huddles

- Handling tickets

- Interacting with Coding/AR team

- Patient Demographic Entry

- Verification for Hospital/SNF charges

- Processing the charges & claim submission

- Claim correction & Resubmission

- Updating KPI

- Need to send EOD status to Team leader

Weekly Routine
- Preparing charge clarifications

- Hold claims review

- Weekly meeting with Team leader/Manager

- Referring SOPs

Monthly Routine

- Charges Reconciliation

- OC adjustment

Annual Routine

- Active participation in training based on Process oriented annual updates
