- Coordinate with Operations Heads/Branch Managers across all branches to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Monitor branch-wise manpower deployment, attendance, client requirements, and service delivery.

- Follow up with operations teams on pending tasks, reports, and action items.

- Assist the Director in reviewing branch performance and preparing operational MIS reports.

- Coordinate with clients regarding operational issues, escalations, and service-related concerns.

- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints by coordinating with the respective branch teams.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and track action points.

- Maintain operational records, reports, and confidential documents.

- Monitor contract renewals, client visits,



and operational audits.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review.

- Perform any other assignments as directed by the Director.

- MBA will be an added advantage.Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Operations Coordination, Executive Assistance, Administration, or Client Management.

- Experience in the Security, Facility Management, or Manpower Services industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,681.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
