Job Summary

- We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented qualified with 3-5 years of experience in fund raising and business development within an NBFC or financial services organization.

- The candidate will support fund-raising initiatives through Debentures, maintain relationships with investors and intermediaries, and assist in capital mobilization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support fund-raising initiatives through Debentures, NCDs, and other debt instruments.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, distributors, brokers, and financial institutions.

- Identify new business opportunities to expand the investor base.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and fund mobilization.

- Assist in planning and executing fund-raising campaigns and investor engagement activities.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to debt fund raising.

- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and fund-raising performance reports.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI,



and company policies.

- Collaborate with senior management to achieve fund mobilization targets.

- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in Fund Raising, Debentures, NCDs, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Business Development within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services company.

- Strong understanding of debt instruments and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in fund mobilization through Debentures or other debt products.

- Existing network with investors, distributors, or financial intermediaries is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
