Role Overview

Heads Up For Tails is looking for an

Executive – Marketplace Advertising to support the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and reporting of advertising campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart. This is a hands-on role offering the prospect to manage live campaigns, analyse performance, and contribute to the growth of our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Flipkart Ads campaigns.

- Monitor and optimise bids, budgets, keywords, and campaign performance on a daily basis.

- Analyse search term and placement reports to identify growth opportunities and reduce wasted spend.

- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering spend, sales, ACOS, TACOS, and key insights.

- Coordinate with catalogue and operations teams to resolve listing, pricing, content, and stock issues impacting ad performance.

- Track competitor activity, keyword visibility, and marketplace trends.

- Maintain campaign trackers, bulk sheets, documentation, and reporting with high accuracy.

Performance Measures





- Campaign setup accuracy and turnaround time.

- Improvement in ACOS, TACOS, and overall campaign performance.

- Reduction in wasted ad spend.

- Timely and accurate reporting.

- Keyword coverage and visibility for priority ASINs.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, either with a brand or performance agency.

- Working knowledge of Amazon Ads and exposure to Flipkart Ads.

- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.

- Comfortable working with large datasets, campaign reporting, and performance tracking.

- Exposure to Meta Ads, Quick Commerce advertising, or tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout will be an advantage.

- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn, with the ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment.
