To know more connect on: www.xlplusplus.com Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Consultant with a strong background in Finance and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of skilled experience in finance-related roles and possess exceptional Excel skills to build, automate, and optimize financial models, reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions. This is a consulting assignment and not a full-time employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models and templates.

Create dynamic dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports.

Automate repetitive Excel processes using formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query,



Power Pivot, and VBA/Macros (preferred).

Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.

Design budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting models.

Build cost analysis, profitability analysis, and variance analysis reports.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and validation across financial reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver customized Excel solutions.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing Excel workbooks for better performance and usability.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or a related domain.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong knowledge of

Advanced Excel formulas (INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, Nested IFs, OFFSET, INDIRECT, etc.)

Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

Power Query

Power Pivot

Data Validation

Conditional Formatting

Dynamic Arrays

Experience in building financial models and dashboards.

Hands-on experience with VBA/Macros is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience working as an independent consultant or on project-based assignments is preferred.
