Role Overview The roles involve designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in the BFSI domain. Candidates should have solid expertise in Java, Spring frameworks, microservices, and DevOps practices, with proven leadership and client interfacing skills.
Tech Lead Responsibilities (9+ Years)
- System Architecture: Drive low-latency system design and architecture improvements.
- Design Patterns: Apply and enforce design principles across projects.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
- Performance Optimization:
Enhance application performance and usability.
- Sprint Management: Oversee agile delivery cycles and ensure timely execution.
- Client Engagement: Interface with BFSI clients, manage expectations, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Prepare a high-quality detailed design and implement it.
- Apply coding standards and best practices.
- Code Review, Debugging Skills
