Position: Event Producer – B2B Conferences & CXO Roundtables About CXO TV From Techplus Media CXO TV, a flagship brand of Techplus Media, is an executive engagement platform connecting technology brands with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Digital Leaders, and enterprise decision-makers. Through CXO interviews, roundtables, conferences, webinars, and leadership forums, CXO TV enables meaningful conversations, peer learning, and business engagement across India’s enterprise technology ecosystem.

Role Overview The Event Producer will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of B2B technology events, from research and agenda creation to speaker management, sponsor coordination, event execution, and post-event reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise technology trends, stakeholder management, conference production, and executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities Research & Content Development Research industry trends, market priorities, and emerging technology themes.

Develop conference agendas, discussion topics, and executive roundtable themes.

Identify relevant speakers, moderators, analysts, and industry experts.

Event Production

Manage end-to-end production of conferences, roundtables, webinars, and leadership forums including Setup.

Develop event timelines and production schedules.

Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, sponsors, speakers, and vendors. Speaker & Sponsor Management Drive speaker acquisition and engagement.

Coordinate sponsor deliverables and event requirements.

Manage speaker briefings, presentations, and session planning.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with sales, marketing, delegate acquisition,



and operations teams.

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with event objectives and timelines.

Event Execution

Oversee event delivery and on-ground execution.

Ensure a world-class experience for sponsors, speakers, and attendees. Speaker & Sponsor Management Post Event Activities

Prepare event reports and insights.

Capture key outcomes, feedback, and engagement metrics.

Support post-event follow-ups and prospect tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B conference production or event management.

Experience managing executive roundtables, conferences, summits, or webinars.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to engage with senior executives and C-level leaders.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience with SaaS-based event management platforms and Ai automation Tools will be an added advantage.
