We're Hiring | Event Management INTERN Are you someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and getting things done on the ground? At DDL LABS, we plan and execute memorable events — from corporate events and exhibitions to brand activations and celebrations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Event Management Intern to join our team and work directly with the leadership.

What You'll Do Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events end-to-end

Reach out to corporates and potential clients to build new business opportunities

Identify and pursue partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, vendors, and venues

Coordinate with vendors for logistics, décor, catering, and other event requirements

Support on-ground execution and troubleshooting during events

Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and event documentation

Represent the company at networking events and industry meet-ups What We're Looking For Genuine interest in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in speaking with corporates, vendors, and business leads





Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, especially under event-day pressure
