Job Summary

We are seeking an Event Environment Activation Designer to develop visually engaging and immersive spaces for brand activations, corporate events, exhibitions, retail experiences, product launches, conferences, and experiential marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong 3D visualization capabilities and an excellent understanding of spatial design, branding, and event execution.

Responsibilities

- Create 3D concepts for branded environments, activation spaces, experience zones, booths, stages, retail installations, and event venues.

- Develop photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, mood boards, and client presentation visuals.

- Prepare plans, layouts, elevations, detailing, and fabrication-ready production files.

- Translate client briefs and campaign ideas into creative and commercially practical spatial concepts.

- Integrate brand identity, graphics, lighting, AV, materials, furniture, structures, and interactive elements.

- Coordinate with creative, production, fabrication, and client servicing teams.

- Review design feasibility and make adjustments based on production limitations or client feedback.

- Maintain quality, accuracy,



and consistency across multiple revisions and project stages.

- Track design trends, experiential technologies, new materials, and innovative event solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, or a related field.

- 4-12 years of relevant experience in experiential design, event design, exhibition design, retail design, or event production.

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.

- Robust understanding of spatial planning, event fabrication, materials, lighting, AV, and production processes.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and visual presentation skills.

- A strong portfolio of event, activation, exhibition, stage, or experiential projects is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, AI visualization, motion graphics, AR/VR, or immersive technology is an added advantage.
