We are looking for a highly creative Event Experience Curator who can convert ideas into unique, premium and profitable event concepts. This role requires a balance of creativity, research and commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities
• Convert the Founder’s vision into detailed event concepts.
• Research market trends, global event ideas and experiential formats.
• Design premium event themes and guest experiences.
• Develop cutting-edge event IPs from scratch.
• Prepare mood boards, experience flow and creative presentations.
• Create multiple event concepts for evaluation.
• Estimate curation costs and prepare detailed budgets.
• Ensure concepts are commercially viable and profitable.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to bring concepts to life.
• Present creative ideas backed by research and business logic.
• Recommend improvements to enhance guest experience and brand value.
Required Skills
• 4–6+ years in Event Curation/Experience Design.
• Strong creative visualization skills.
• Experience in experiential marketing and premium events.
• Knowledge of production costing and budgeting.
• Excellent presentation and ideation skills.
• Strong research and trend forecasting abilities.
• Commercial mindset with focus on profitability.
• High ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in premium events, experiential marketing, luxury events, festivals or large-scale productions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Self-driven, responsible and solution-oriented.
• Must take complete ownership of assigned work.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
