Role and Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy across social, digital, and platform-first formats
- Translate client briefs into transparent, compelling content ideas and narratives
- Pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Secure pitches and drive them from concept to execution
- Build and scale innovative, content-led and social-first IPs from scratch
- Develop long-term content frameworks, not just one-off posts
- Work closely with design, video, and production teams to ensure quality output
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and cultural relevance across platforms
- Track performance and optimize content based on insights and trends
