Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack solutions that power our core business applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product and design teams to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting backend services, refining frontend interactions, and ensuring the seamless deployment of features within our cloud infrastructure. By bridging the gap between server-side logic and client-side performance, you will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platforms, ensuring a premium experience for our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python frameworks like Django and Flask to support complex business logic.




- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for our customers.
- Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of our applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on features, ensuring that technical implementations align with business objectives.
- Optimize database queries and API endpoints to improve system latency and handle increasing traffic demands effectively.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and engineering best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python, with deep proficiency in either Django or Flask frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop complex frontend components and state management using React.js.
- Hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications within an AWS ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide scalable, long-term architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid team setup in Bangalore.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, showcasing a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
