Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining end-to-end web applications that serve as the backbone for our client operations. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code. By bridging the gap between intuitive front-end interfaces and high-concurrency back-end services, your work will directly influence the scalability and performance of platforms used by thousands of daily users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable back-end services using Python, Django, and Flask to ensure high availability for mission-critical applications.




- Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js to provide a seamless experience for end-users across various devices.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, optimizing resource utilization to maintain cost-efficiency and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform code reviews and establish technical standards that improve overall code quality and development velocity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the stability of the software ecosystem.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing RESTful APIs and managing complex database schemas using Python-based frameworks like Django and Flask.
- Proficiency in modern front-end development with React.js, including state management and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining AWS services, with a strong understanding of cloud security and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within an agile, fast-paced environment.
