Job Opening: Estimation Executive – Interior Company

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Estimation Executive to join our interior design and fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and project quotations for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and quotations for interior fit-out projects.
- Review architectural and interior drawings to determine material, labor, and project costs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to obtain accurate pricing.
- Source quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and project proposals.
- Maintain updated records of material costs and supplier quotations.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.




- Support project cost monitoring and cost control activities.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation for interior design, fit-out, furniture, or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
