Experience: Minimum 3–10 years of experience in HVAC and cleanroom design, estimation, and technical proposal preparation for pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial turnkey projects. Job Responsibilities:

Skills

· Design HVAC and cleanroom systems including heat load calculation, airflow calculation, ACPH, pressure cascade, and equipment selection (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Exhaust, Dehumidifier).

· Prepare cleanroom layouts and zoning concepts in compliance with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO 14644, and Schedule M standards.

· Prepare detailed BOQ, material quantity take-off, and project cost estimation including material, equipment, labor, installation, and commissioning costs.

· Develop project costing sheets with margin analysis and cost optimization.

· Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, datasheets, and scope of work.

· Prepare and review HVAC layouts, cleanroom layouts, ducting layouts, utility layouts, and equipment layouts.





· Coordinate with drafting team for preparation and finalization of AutoCAD drawings.

· Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, perform technical and commercial evaluation, and support equipment selection.

· Provide technical support to business development and project execution teams.

· Ensure all designs and estimations comply with project specifications and applicable GMP and international standards.
