Role & responsibilities

Provide immediate and effective emergency care to patients in critical condition.

- Conduct swift and accurate assessments of patients to prioritize treatment according to the severity of their condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per protocols and doctor's instructions.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment necessary for patient care in the emergency setting.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation for each patient, ensuring records are updated promptly.
- Assist in managing emergency situations, including resuscitation and stabilization of patients.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-hospital care.
- Participate in continual career development and emergency department training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
