Estimation & Quantity (E&Q;) ? Location: Lonavala Della Group is looking for an Estimation & Quantity (E&Q;) to support our Furniture Manufacturing and R&D; division. The role involves preparing material estimates, quantity calculations, BOMs, and production requisitions while working closely with the design, production and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity estimates and material requirements based on approved furniture drawings.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production.
- Raise material requisitions and coordinate with Procurement for timely availability.
- Estimate material consumption, hardware, veneers, laminates, upholstery and other components required for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Design, R&D; and Production teams to ensure accurate quantity planning.
- Verify drawings and specifications before releasing requisitions.
- Track material consumption and reconcile planned versus actual quantities.
- Support costing by preparing quantity and material estimation sheets.
- Maintain estimation records, BOMs, requisitions and project trackers.
- Coordinate with stores to monitor material availability and inventory requirements.
- Assist in identifying material optimization opportunities to reduce wastage.

Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Furniture Design, Wood Technology or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in estimation, quantity planning or production planning within furniture manufacturing or interior fit-outs.
- Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, hardware, wood,



veneers, laminates, metals and upholstery.
- Experience in preparing BOMs, material estimates and production requisitions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel;

experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Strong numerical, analytical and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What We're Looking For:
