Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, solve, and review advanced environmental science problems with real-world relevance and scientific depth

Apply your expertise in climate modeling, ecology, sustainability, or related disciplines to craft complex, nuanced problem statements

Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, rigor, and clarity

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning





Ensure every deliverable meets high standards of scientific integrity and communicative precision Who You Are Master's or PhD in Environmental Science or a closely related field

Deep expertise in at least one of: climate modeling, ecology, sustainability, or environmental systems

Proficient in Python or R for research or data analysis

Exceptionally explicit writer and communicator — you can explain complex science without losing the nuance

Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold your work to a high standard

Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or Current Zealand Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality review workflows

Background in interdisciplinary research spanning multiple environmental domains

Familiarity with AI tools or large language model outputs
