Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire current customers to expand the company's business portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations to promote GGL's logistics solutions.
- Generate enquiries and ensure effective conversion into confirmed business.
- Promote and cross-sell Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and other value-added logistics services.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to provide timely quotations and service support.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solution-based selling.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
