Job Summary

The Marketplace Operations (Mops) Team serves as the operational backbone of the marketplace business, delivering end-to-end execution and support across both Demand and Supply operations. The team is responsible for ensuring campaigns and publisher initiatives are executed with precision, quality, and speed while maintaining operational excellence and revenue integrity.

The team manages campaign activation, deal creation and optimization, creative trafficking, publisher support, troubleshooting, QA, and campaign wrap-ups. Working closely with Sales, Trading, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Publisher teams, Marketplace Operations acts as the central execution partner, ensuring seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

- End-to-end campaign execution/activation and operational support across Demand and Supply.

- Deal creation, optimization, and troubleshooting across DSPs and SSPs.

- Tag generation, QA, and creative validation.

- Publisher onboarding, inventory support, and issue resolution.

- Campaign quality assurance, performance monitoring, and wrap-up reporting.

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Client Services.





- Driving operational excellence through process standardization, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.

- Leveraging AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality while supporting business growth.

Education & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in the AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Advertising, or Online Media industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

- Experience with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, or campaign trafficking is preferred.

Working Hours
- EST Shift: 5:30 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST (Monday-Friday)

Hybrid Policy: Required to work from the Pune office three days per week as part of the companys hybrid working policy.
