Role Summary - Looking for an HR Analytics Analyst who can transform workforce data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership and business discussions.
Responsibilities
- Shift Timings: 2nd Shift - IST Hours
- Analyze HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring, etc.)
- Create executive-ready PPT decks for leadership and business reviews
- Convert data into transparent visuals, insights, and storyline-driven slides
- Apply data storytelling to:
- Structure narratives (problem insight recommendation)
- Highlight key trends, risks, and business impact
- Simplify complex data into clear, actionable messages
- Build and maintain standard templates and reporting decks
- Partner with HR, TA, Finance to deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs
Required Skills
- 2-5 years in HR/Workforce Analytics or Reporting
- Strong understanding of HR metrics
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (must-have)
- Strong data storytelling & visualization skills (PPT-focused)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Workday/HR systems
- Experience supporting leadership decks / executive presentations
- Knowledge of presentation design & storytelling best practices
