Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with international trade practices, regulations, and incoterms.
- Manage Export L/C & Non - L/C documentation processes from order placement to shipment dispatch.
- Perform thorough checks of all pre-shipment and post shipment documents to ensure custom and bank requirements.
- Coordinate shipment activates with plant, internal departments, CHA and transporters, while monitoring shipments across various mode of transport( air, sea, & land)
- Handle E- BRC processes and DGFT- related task, including application and redemption of Advance license and EPCG license.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data records, ensuring timely updates and effective information flow
- working knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
