Job Introduction

Bespoke Technology is looking for a full-time Program Manager who will be the trusted partner for our clients for their respective projects/products. This role spans across Agile Delivery, Client Relations, Product Management and Technology Understanding.

An indicative split of time spent for a typical Program Manager is Delivery Management (50%), Client Relations(15%), Product Management(20%) and Technology Understanding(15%).

Basic Qualifications

1. You have 3 - 5 years of experience in Program Management
2. You are Tech and/or AI enabled. You know a bit about cloud and can imagine a cloud architecture or solution in blocks.
3. You have extensive experience of interacting and delivering technology products facing clients.
4. You have experience in software requirement gathering and can ask deep product or technical questions to client and internal team to understand product requirements and next tasks.

Product Management

Responsibilities

1. Be a Single Point of Contact from Bespoke side to spearhead implementation of current products and upgradation of existing products
2. Manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production release, and lifecycle management
3. Translate Client’s business vision or the problem statement into a proper structured product plan with a roadmap and technology vision that includes:
4. Insight from different stakeholders across client organization , and different end users
5. User Experience research with decision on features to prioritize
6. Define, track, and iterate on key product goals becoming an integral part of Client’s business/product team
7. Define Product Backlog, break the features into user stories and support development teams in putting together the sprint plans
8. Spearhead Product Backlog refinement task with collaboration of Development team , Apply quantitative methods and help improve team estimations over time
9. Conduct, Analyse , prioritise and implement the recommendations of the post product launch feedback from the end users
10. Lead or Support the Client relationships with their different partners and vendors
