Architect - CARBSE; Location: Ahmedabad; Start: Immediate; Term: Two; Reports to: Principal Researcher & Centre Head, Centre for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE).
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, field measurements, data collection and photographic documentation to support research projects in building science, climate, energy, and the built setting.
- Prepare architectural drawings, technical illustrations, scientific infographics, and visual documentation for research publications, technical reports, proposals, presentations and other formats.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to translate complex scientific concepts into clear visual outputs and support the documentation of laboratory facilities, experimental setups, and field installations.
- Organize and maintain drawings, photographs, and technical documentation generated through research activities.
Requirements
- To be eligible to apply, candidates must hold a Bachelor s or a Master s degree in Architecture or a similar related field.
- 0-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Experience with additional visualization software will be an added advantage.
