Job Summary: We arelooking for Customer Support Executive for a lead generation process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features related to the product
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory) and Malayalam or Telegu (Any one)
- Excellent Soft skills
- Basic two wheeler knowledge would be an added advantage
- Excellent sales skills
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream
Experience: Should have minimum 1year work experience in a sales related process
Other Requirements: Work from Office Comfortable in 6 days working setting
