Job Title: Team Lead Experience: 5+ Years Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executives responsible for hiring for NON IT roles for our clients requirement

2. Allocate daily calling targets and monitor individual and team performance.

3. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment conversion targets.

4. Monitor call quality, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.

5. Develop and implement calling strategies to increase candidate engagement and interview attendance.

6. Review daily MIS reports, productivity dashboards, and conversion metrics, taking corrective actions where required.

7. Ensure timely follow-up with interested candidates until interview completion and onboarding.

8. Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring priorities and manpower requirements.

9. Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

10. Train recent g Executives on company policies, recruitment processes,



communication skills, and objection handling.

11. Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and performance improvement plans where necessary.

12. Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and data accuracy in ATS/CRM.

13. Resolve escalations from candidates and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.

14. Maintain high levels of team motivation, discipline, and engagement.

15. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

16. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and hiring outcomes.
