Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the migration planning, design, and execution of HPSM to ServiceNow transition.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration of historical and active records (Incidents, Changes, Problems, etc.).
- Analyze and replicate existing HPSM workflows into ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Workflows.




- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to configure/customize modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data and process accuracy.
- Provide cutover planning, go-live support, and post-migration troubleshooting.
