Department: Global Finance operations

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA-Finance or semi qualified
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in pharmaceutical companies with US operation will be added advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Solid Knowledge of complete accounts receivable, Audits, Monthly closing etc
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel

Position summary:

The Receivable AM / Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all validation, reconciliation customer claims, chargebacks, rebates and receivable operations of US & Cananda entities. Expertise in Accounts receivable, Audits, MIS, customer relations and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical business in US markets are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely closing of monthly/quarterly Receivable ledgers
- Monitoring the customer Aging report regularly
- Through knowledge on understanding customer agreement clauses
- Understanding US business and Gross to Net




- Monitoring and preparation of monthly closing reports.
- Reviewing and validation of Chargebacks, includes reconciliation of daily inbound and outbound
- Chargebacks Monthly/Quarterly reports
- Working various stake holders for error resolutions and handing chargebacks disputes with customers
- Calculations of Monthly/ Quarterly Rebates
- Validation Rebates finance vs customer claims validation
- Preparing shelf stock claims, reconciliation with customer claims
- Knowledge of Medicaid is preferred including handling of Quarterly state Medicaid Invoices, AMP and GP calculations and review, Reporting and Analysis, Working with states for invoice disputes and Vendor accounts management
- Regular meetings with US counterpart for day-to-day receivable operations
- Support continuous improvement in ERP-based financials workflow and reporting automations.
