Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, Cement, Quarrying, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, mining companies, infrastructure developers, OEMs, consultants, and government organizations.
- Generate business through direct sales, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements..
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Solid problem-solving skills
