Overview:

We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA ABAP Developer to join our SAP technical team. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment, including modern development tools, CDS views, AMDP, OData services, and the SAP Fiori programming model.

Key Responsibilities:

ABAP Development (S/4HANA)

- Develop, enhance, and support custom ABAP solutions using:
- CDS Views, AMDP, and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
- OData services for Fiori/UI5 applications
- Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
- Core ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms)

- Knowledge of SAP clean-core principles and extensibility approaches within S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Implement custom logic using In-App Extensibility and Side-by-Side Extensibility (BTP) where applicable.
- Workflow: SAP Business Workflow or Flexible Workflow configuration and custom workflow step development CPM's approval chains are multi-level and this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have

Technical Design & Implementation





- Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specs.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions for S/4HANA-driven initiatives.
- Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and promote changes through the landscape.

Functional Knowledge ( CPM & PS):

- Must have a strong understanding of SAP BW planning InfoProviders (Real-Time InfoCubes, Advanced DataStore Objects / ADSOs, and Integrated Planning frameworks).
- Strong understanding of Project System business processes.
- Experience troubleshooting Issue in business processes across CPM, PS.
- Developed and supported SAP solutions for CPM project planning, including WBS management, plan cost updates, and change request processing.
- Analyzed and resolved issues related to Info Cube data extraction, loading, and reporting following project master and cost changes.
