Job Summary
Premier Fashions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.




- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales forecasts.

MBA is an added advantage.
