About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (PDE III) with deep expertise in Java, microservices, and scalable distributed systems. As part of our high-performance engineering team, you will design, build, and optimize backend services that power mission-critical products used by global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, develop, and scale microservices-based applications using Java & Spring ecosystem
- Design and optimize high-performance, low-latency backend systems
- Own end-to-end delivery — architecture, coding, testing, deployment & monitoring




- Build secure and resilient systems with fault-tolerance and observability
- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers & influence engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues

Work Experience

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Core Java, Java 11+
- Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
- REST API frameworks & microservices
- Strong understanding of:
- DSA, system design, distributed systems
- Concurrency, multithreading & memory management
- Event-driven architecture: Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis
- DevOps stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and coding agents for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and developer productivity

Positive to Have

- Experience in SaaS & multi-tenant cloud environments
- ElasticSearch / Redis caching
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- TDD: JUnit, Mockito

Experience in high-scale event streaming systems
