Key Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and serving as the primary point of escalation for all regional projects. The role requires driving the execution team to deliver services in line with client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines while managing day-to-day reporting and project execution activities.

Business Development & Leadership

- Develop and expand business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Architects, Cost Consultants, and key client-side stakeholders to generate business.
- Develop business growth strategies, particularly for the Industrial sector.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing MEP design team.
- Assign responsibilities to Managers and Engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Motivate the team to deliver projects effectively and within agreed timelines.

Project & Team Management

- Act as the Zonal Head/Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project-related escalations.
- Oversee execution of all assigned services while ensuring adherence to project schedules and client expectations.




- Participate in key client meetings, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Keep projects on track through timely observations, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation throughout project execution.

Technical Responsibilities

- Stay updated with applicable MEP codes, standards, and reference guides.
- Review design drawings prepared by the design team.
- Perform or review structural load analysis and slab strengthening requirements.
- Review heat load calculations, electrical load lists, Maximum Demand (MD) calculations, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and HVAC schematics.
- Prepare and review Design Basis Reports (DBRs) and concept design reports for MEP systems.
- Review and coordinate designs for:
- Large Power Systems
- Small Power Systems
- Lighting Layouts
- Ducting Layouts
- Diffuser Layouts
- Fire Alarm & Public Address (FAPA) Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Plumbing Systems

- Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP systems.
- Review technical submittals and provide timely technical comments.
- Prepare Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) layouts.
- Understand project requirements thoroughly and guide the team accordingly.
- Identify quality issues and prepare site quality reports.
- Review Design & Development documentation prepared by the team.
- Review all As-Fitted layouts and project documentation.
- Resolve technical queries from both clients and internal teams efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain complete project documentation and records.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress, technical observations, and execution updates to senior management.
- Monitor project quality, compliance, and overall performance throughout the project lifecycle.
