Job Summary

Could you be the full-time Radio Engineer in Bangalore were looking for

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

Youll play a key role in delivering NT Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture, ensuring they align with the System Delivery Plan and supporting deployment activities such as installation, testing, and commissioning. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), develop and refine Radio Design requirements, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of elaborating NT Radio Design specifications and architecture, but also support functional validation and deployment activities.

- BE/Masters degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Design/Engineering
- Experience of radio deployments in industrial environments, including interference mitigation
- Knowledge of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/n/ac) and 4G/LTE
- Proficiency with monitoring tools and techniques (e.g., spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, MIB principles)
- Robust understanding of Radio propagation and solutions
- Experience with IT/Supervision and signaling/system architecture (desirable)




- Excellent interpersonal and technical coordination skills
- Resilience, rigor, and a process-oriented mindset
- Team player with a results-driven approach
