About the Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly on high-impact business initiatives, solving operational and strategic challenges while driving New Product Development (NPD) from idea generation to market launch. This role offers significant ownership, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to influence business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic projects from concept to execution.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD), including idea generation, market validation, product testing, launch coordination, and post-launch analysis.




- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales teams.
- Build business cases, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and execute scalable solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Management, or related field.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business operations, or NPD.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; project management tools are a plus.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
