Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Windows server operating systems and enterprise infrastructure.
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Group Policy, and related core infrastructure services.
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and/or Microsoft 365/Office 365).
- Design, implement, and manage virtualization environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor.
- Manage enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and backup technologies (NetApp, Nimble, Pure Storage, or equivalent).
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, and other networking components to ensure secure and reliable operations.




- Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support infrastructure deployment, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and ensure high system availability
