- Enterpreneurship Officer

- Expand the organization’s distribution network by recruiting and onboarding partners, agents, and business associates.

- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and partner networks.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners, team members, and clients.

- Provide guidance and support to new associates for successful business execution.

- Monitor performance and improve productivity of the agency network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard potential entrepreneurs, agents, and business associates.

- Pitch business opportunities and explain partnership advantages.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.





- Generate business through partner networks and channel sales.

- Maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and clients.

- Provide training on products, sales processes, compliance, and field activities.

- Mentor and support new team members for better performance.

- Track daily and weekly performance metrics of the agency network.

- Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure partner engagement and retention.
