Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an English Tutor at Codeyoung.

The English

Tutor will conduct online classes for school-age learners, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English. Day-to-day tasks include planning engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.



The tutor will collaborate with the academic team to align content with learning objectives and may participate in parent updates or student progress reviews.

The role also involves maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment and adapting teaching techniques to different learning styles.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills.

Candidates should possess experience with Online Tutoring and virtual classroom tools.

Candidates should possess excellent English Grammar and language proficiency.

Candidates should possess clear, empathetic Communication skills.

Relevant teaching certification or degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is beneficial.

Ability to manage remote classes, use online learning platforms, and maintain student engagement.
