Role Description The English Teaching Assistant role is a part-time, on-site position based in Indore. The English Teaching Assistant will support lead teacher in delivering English lessons, assisting with classroom activities.

Daily tasks include helping prepare and organize lesson materials, guiding small groups or individual students, and supporting learners with reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises. Make flash cards and other learning materials.

Qualifications

- Robust instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to support learners at different proficiency levels.




- Experience or training in Assistant Teaching and Lesson Planning to aid in preparing and delivering effective lessons
- Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with students.
- Ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment and demonstrate patience and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior classroom or tutoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing part-time, in office responsibilities in Indore.
