Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting engineering talent across various specialties (smechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
- Identify and attract engineering candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
